Payments
You can pay for your order using PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. If you decide to use direct bank transfer, we will wait for 5 days for your payment to reach our accounts. If you decide for any reason not to transfer the outstanding amount, your order will be cancelled. We will start processing your order straight after the transfer reaches our account.
If you need more time to make the transfer, please do email us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping
Dispatch time – orders are processed on an ongoing basis, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. We reserve the right to process orders up to 48hrs during promotional periods and holidays.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £35 for the whole UK and Ireland. Delivery within 2-5 working days.
Delivery cost for orders under £35 is £4.50.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
In exceptional cases, orders may also be sent by Hermes courier service.
Personal collection is also possible by prior arrangement (Belfast).
We reserve the right to send your order in separate packages.
